STEP 1 — AUDIT: Where does AI create value in my organisation? • Identify your top 10 most time-consuming processes • Classify each: Automate / Augment / Keep Human • Estimate time and cost of each process monthly
STEP 2 — PRIORITISE: What do we tackle first? • Score each process: (Time Saved × Cost) ÷ Implementation Effort • Start with high-impact, low-effort wins • Avoid high-risk areas until governance is in place
STEP 3 — ROADMAP: How do we get from here to there? • 30 days: Personal AI toolkit for leadership team • 90 days: 3 team workflows automated • 180 days: AI governance policy published • 12 months: Full AI integration across operations
